Who built this system and who to call when you need something changed

Twende Link Limited is a Ugandan consulting and technology company, working under the motto bridging solutions. The firm delivers enterprise ICT, strategy, governance and capacity-building services, and designs, develops and supports management systems for hospitals, schools and businesses. We build the kind of software that runs an institution day to day: the systems the receptionist opens first thing in the morning and the accountant closes last thing at night. Our work is built around how organisations here actually operate, from cash payments at the cashier's window to insurance schemes with per-visit limits, and from Ministry of Health returns to Uganda National Examinations Board grading.

This Hospital Management System is one of those products. It carries the whole facility on a single record: patient files with full bio data and clinical history, appointments, emergency triage, outpatient consultations written as SOAP notes with ICD-10 coding, theatre, wards with nursing observations and medication administration, maternity and antenatal care, laboratory, radiology, a pharmacy with batch and expiry tracking that dispenses short-dated stock first, blood bank, immunization, referrals, billing that gates each stage of the visit until payment is made, insurance with live limit tracking and claim batches, procurement, human resources, an equipment register, a full audit trail, Ministry of Health monthly reporting and a read-only interoperability API.

The platform is multi-tenant. One installation hosts many hospitals and clinics, each with its own patients, staff, inventory, pricing, branding and settings, and no facility can see another's records. Every account signs in with an email address, sets its own password from a verification link, and can be protected with two-step verification by email or SMS. Administrators decide, user by user, which modules each member of staff may open.

The system is maintained by Twende Link Limited. We handle installation, staff training, data migration from your existing records, customisation to match how your facility works, and continuing support. If a report, form or workflow needs to change, talk to us and we will change it.
